BAS-specific tracking, not a generic counter.
Under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 (TASA), the TPB requires BAS Agents to complete 45 CPE hours over three years, with at least 5 hours per year. Onestop CPE tracks against your actual TPB rolling cycle from your registration date and exports an audit-ready PDF the TPB recognises. The TPB Code update from 1 July 2025 made record-keeping non-negotiable, and most BAS Agents who hold ICB membership are already meeting overlapping obligations.
- ✓ TPB BAS-cycle tracking from your registration date
- ✓ Real-time pace dashboard — never short at year end
- ✓ Email-to-training: forward your confirmation, we attach the certificate
- ✓ Hold a Tax Agent or ICB role too? Tracked simultaneously, no double-entry
- ✓ One-click PDF for any TPB compliance review
Run a BAS practice? Manage every agent's compliance from one screen.
From July 2025, the TPB Code makes principals responsible for staff competency and supervision. Onestop CPE for Teams gives you the org dashboard, approval workflow and training plans to satisfy that obligation without making CPE somebody's full-time job.
For Teams →Common questions
When does my CPE cycle start?
From the date your TPB BAS Agent registration was first granted (or last renewed). Onestop CPE anchors the cycle to that date.
Does ICB CPE count too?
Many BAS agents also hold ICB membership. Add ICB as a role and the same training entries count where the rules match, with separate role-level views and exports.
What if I miss the cycle?
The pace dashboard shows you the gap weeks before the deadline so you can fill it. The whole point is you stop missing.
