Mapped to TPB rules. Not generic hours.
Under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 (TASA), the TPB requires Tax Agents to complete 120 CPE hours over three years, with at least 20 hours per year. Onestop CPE counts your hours against the actual TPB rolling cycle from your registration date, not a generic calendar year — and exports an audit-ready PDF in the format the TPB already expects. The updated TPB Code obligations from 1 July 2025 have only sharpened how this evidence needs to be kept.
- ✓ TPB-aligned categories and three-year cycle tracking
- ✓ Real-time pace dashboard — never short at year end
- ✓ Email-to-training: forward your confirmation, we attach the certificate
- ✓ Hold a BAS or FP role too? Tracked simultaneously, no double-entry
- ✓ One-click PDF for any TPB compliance review
Run a tax practice? Manage every agent's compliance from one screen.
From July 2025, the TPB Code makes principals responsible for staff competency and supervision. Onestop CPE for Teams gives you the org dashboard, approval workflow and training plans to satisfy that obligation without making CPE somebody's full-time job.
For Teams →Common questions
When does my CPE cycle start?
From the date your TPB registration was first granted (or last renewed). Onestop CPE anchors the cycle to that date.
Is reading time allowed?
The TPB allows reading and self-paced learning to count, with caps. We pre-fill the cap rules so you don't accidentally over-claim.
What if I miss the cycle?
The pace dashboard shows you the gap weeks before the deadline so you can fill it. The whole point is you stop missing.
